Our first office opened in October, 1958 in Southeast Portland at SE 14th Avenue and SE Powell Boulevard. As our business grew, our offices grew, moving into bigger locations along SE Powell Boulevard.

In February of 2001, we made the move to Milwaukie, just south of Portland. The Milwaukie location is both a busy branch office that services the Portland Metro area as well as Southeast Washington. It is also our company headquarters and includes everything from Accounting and Human Resources to Marketing and Operations.

You can find our Milwaukie branch at the north end of downtown Milwaukie, on the corner of OR-99 E / SE McLoughlin Boulevard and SE Harrison Street.

Since this location is home to our headquarters, it also has the greatest collection of tenured employees. Looking at branch managers alone, there is 65 years of experience. Add in their Assistant Managers and we hit an amazing 174 years of experience! And, when we add in the Operations Managers that, on their own, have 100 years of experience between them…well, you can do the math!

We are happy to be able to support not only the surrounding community of Milwaukie, but the greater Portland Metropolitan area, regularly contributing to charities such as The Raphael House, Harper’s Playground, and The Dougy Center.
